Parks and Recreation: Playground Workout

The City of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will host a Playground Workout program for kids, from 1-2 p.m. Tuesdays, June 30-July 21 at Nymore Park on Miles Avenue S.E. in Nymore. A second session will be offered from 4-5 p.m. Tuesdays Aug. 4-25 at Cameron Park, 2504 Birchmont Drive N.E. The cost is $10 per child for one session. Advanced registration is required. The four-week session will be hosted by a personal trainer who will coach kids along the monkey bars, slides, swing and outdoor equipment.
